Welcome to Encinitas Forum

Generalannouncementsstart-here

Welcome! Encinitas Forum is a community discussion site for Encinitas, California, covering Leucadia, Old Encinitas, New Encinitas, Cardiff-by-the-Sea and Olivenhain.

What's here today

Posting isn't open yet. To get things started, the Encinitas Forum team has written a set of practical guides to common local questions, such as checking a contractor's license, solar permits, beach access and parking and council meetings. Every factual claim in a guide links to its primary source, so you can check it yourself.

What's coming

Once posting opens, you'll be able to ask questions, reply and share what you know. Until then there are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.

Ground rules

Please read the community guidelines and how to ask a good question. In short: be neighborly, speak from your own experience, disclose any business connection, and keep private details private.

Encinitas Forum is not affiliated with the City of Encinitas.

Replies open when the forum launches. Have a correction or a better source? You’ll be able to add it here.
